How do I make a reservation?: Please make a reservation through the Booking page. You can book up to 4 days before your arrival date.
At this point, your reservation is not yet confirmed. We will contact you within 24 hours.

Payment when booking on our website: Cash payment on site (Japanese Yen)
Payments to Booking.com and Airbnb: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and debit cards that can be processed as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

What is the cancellation policy?

When you are making a reservation via our website, to cancel the reservation, please be sure to contact us using the Inquiry Form below

For reservations made through Booking.com: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this date may incur a cancellation fee, so please check the Booking.com terms and conditions at the time of booking for details.
For reservations made through Airbnb: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 5 days before check-in. Cancellations made after that date may incur a cancellation fee, so please check the Airbnb terms and conditions at the time of booking for details.

Are pets allowed?: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this facility (except for service dogs).

Is long-term stay possible?

Is there parking available?: Yes, there is free parking (shared with other guests).
You can park your car in the garage with shutter, and open-air parking, maximum 10 cars.

Can I use the kitchen and cooking utensils?

Yes, the kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware.
If you would like to use a stove, BBQ grill, or cooking stove (wood-burning stove), please contact us in advance.

Rental BBQ utensils (grill, BBQ utensils, paper plates/paper cups, firewood)	3,000 yen / time, regardless of number of people
BBQ ingredients	3,000 yen / person (tax included) If you prepare your own -- 0 yen *Drinks are not included.

Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?: It is a 10 minute drive to a convenience store and a 20 minute drive to a supermarket, but there are no places to eat dinner nearby.

How often do buses depart?

Please take the No. 24 bus from Hankyu Bus platform No. 3 in front of Saito Nishi Station on the Osaka Monorail.
Buses depart every hour (from 8:00 to 22:00), so we recommend that you check the timetable below in advance.
